What is a Double Qualifier event?
Our aim is to ensure that all athletes are in peak condition for their World Championship race and have enough time to plan their HYROX World Championship experience. Therefore, athletes who qualify at one of the selected events at the end of the season can choose to either accept a spot at the 2026 PUMA HYROX World Championships in Stockholm, Sweden (18–21 June 2026) or defer their entry to the 2027 World Championships if they can’t make it to Stockholm at short notice. (Date and location for WC 27 not confirmed yet).

*If an athlete has already qualified for the 2026 World Championships, they will not be eligible to secure qualification for the 2027 World Championships before the official 2026/2027 qualification season has started. Therefore, no additional invitation for the 2027 World Championships will be issued in such cases.
