Ground — HYROX Gym in Odense

Ground in Odense is a large, modern training hub designed for people who love variety, quality equipment and an energetic class environment. Spanning around 3,200 m², the club brings together classic strength training, functional fitness, cardio and padel under one roof, creating a multi-sport playground in the heart of the city. Members train on premium Panatta and Eleiko equipment, with plenty of space for both focused lifting sessions and high‑intensity workouts. Group training is a major highlight, with more than 80 classes per week ranging from strength and conditioning to cycling, dance-inspired formats, boxing-style sessions, yoga, Pilates and targeted core and glute classes. The timetable also includes concepts for seniors, parents with babies and social runs, making the community diverse and welcoming across ages and fitness levels. With training options from solo gym sessions to court sports and structured classes, Ground offers a versatile environment for everyday athletes in Odense.
