Ghent offers a varied range of accommodations to suit both athletes and spectators. You will find comfortable options near major transport routes as well as more intimate stays in the historic center, ideal for enjoying the city atmosphere after the race. Participants can expect venues used to welcoming sports travelers, with functional rooms, a good level of comfort, and often breakfasts adapted to a competition weekend. Whether you want proximity to the event venue, quiet for better sleep, or the lively districts, Ghent provides enough choices to prepare for your race in the best conditions.

HYROX Gent is easily accessible thanks to the national and international transport network serving the city. Participants are advised to arrive the day before their race to recover from the journey, collect their bib calmly, and get familiar with the venue. The city center is well connected by public transport, allowing quick travel between the station, different neighborhoods, and the competition site. Plan extra time on race day to warm up, hydrate, and learn the access points. Walking or cycling is also practical to reach the event while keeping the legs active without draining reserves.
