What are the benefits of the Premium plan?
The Premium plan lets you fully customize your listing: photo gallery, opening hours, training types, amenities, and detailed description. You also get the Verified badge and priority in search results.
How does payment work?
The Premium subscription is billed monthly by credit card via Stripe, our secure payment partner. You can cancel at any time from your management dashboard.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Your premium listing will remain active until the end of the paid period, then revert to the free version.
My gym is already on HyCoach, how do I claim it?
If your gym already appears on our map (from our HYROX data), you can claim it by filling out the form above. We'll verify your identity and give you access to manage your listing.
What is the HyCoach partner rate?
Gyms that join the HyCoach partner program get a reduced rate of €10/month instead of €15/month. Contact us to learn more about the program conditions.
