Analyze the breakdown of your time between running and exercises
Hybrid racing is a fitness discipline combining eight 1 km running segments with eight functional workout stations (SkiErg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jump, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges and Wall Balls). Competitions come in Solo, Doubles and Relay formats, with Open (standard loads) and Pro (heavier loads) categories across dedicated age brackets.
The results used on the site come from publicly accessible data about competitions. In some cases, such as the HYROX circuit, results are added by users themselves from their profile. This information is reworked and consolidated to produce analyses and athlete profiles.
Yes. As soon as an athlete appears in the official results of a hybrid race, a profile is created with their full history: times, rankings, station splits, and progression season after season. The athlete can then enrich this profile with their gym, goals, social networks and other information, for a more complete page.
The simulator predicts the time of an upcoming race based on the athlete's history: running pace, station performance, freshness and declared training level. It works for Solo, Doubles and Relay formats, cross-referencing individual profiles to estimate a team time.
A native app is in preparation for Android (Play Store) and iOS (App Store). In the meantime, the site is designed mobile-first and works fully from the browser, with a navigation bar adapted for touch screens.
