About the event
HYROX Toronto marks HYROX's triumphant entry into Canada, the country's first event held at Enercare Centre on October 5-6, 2024. With 7000 participating athletes, it becomes North America's largest HYROX, drawing a diverse crowd from all levels, pros to amateurs. This inaugural season 7 edition created electric energy, proven by standout performances like Ryan Douglas's men's Pro record time of 59:23. Dynamic Toronto, on the shores of Lake Ontario, provides the perfect backdrop for this endurance and strength test, blending 8 km of running with 8 intense functional stations. The event stood out with smooth organization, pumping music, and real-time leaderboards, despite minor tweaks. A historic moment laying the groundwork for rapid North American expansion, making Toronto the unforgettable Canadian birthplace of HYROX.
