HYROX HELSINKI

Helsinki offers a varied range of accommodation suited to both athletes and their companions. Options include modern, functional stays close to major transport routes as well as more intimate choices in quiet neighbourhoods. Participants can expect well-insulated rooms, comfortable bedding and spaces designed for rest after effort. Many establishments provide hearty breakfasts with options rich in carbohydrates and proteins, useful for race preparation or recovery. The Finnish welcome stands out for its discretion and efficiency, with particular attention to cleanliness, quiet and simplicity, valuable assets during competition time.

Reaching HYROX Helsinki is straightforward thanks to an efficient and well-organised transport network. The city is easily accessible from the airport, with regular links to the centre and smooth onward connections by public transport or taxi. Participants are advised to arrive a little early to acclimatise to the temperatures, locate the event venue and finalise logistical details. Choosing public transport or walking helps avoid parking stress and allows enjoyment of the urban atmosphere. Preparing outfits for the contrast between the cold outdoors and the milder indoor spaces also helps manage waiting time, warm-up and the return after the race.
