About the event

HYROX Hamburg marks an emotional return to the sport's roots, where it all began in April 2018 in this vibrant port metropolis. For season 7, the event takes over Hamburg Messe und Congress for two intense days, hosting 8500 athletes in an electrifying indoor stadium atmosphere. What makes Hamburg unforgettable is its heritage: hall B6 was the stage for legendary world records, like Jana Sussman's in Women's Open at 59 minutes 32 seconds last year. The city's maritime spirit infuses the competition with raw, authentic energy, with waves of solo or team competitors succeeding from morning check-in to triumphant late-night finishes. A unique chance to perform on the original ground, surrounded by a passionate community and unmatched local fervor.
