Participants flying in will arrive at Dubai International Airport or Al Maktoum International Airport, then continue by taxi, ride-hailing services, or metro to the city center and event venue. It is wise to plan arrival at least one day in advance to acclimatize to the climate, settle into accommodation, and complete check-in procedures without rushing. Within Dubai, the metro, trams, buses, and widely available taxis make it easy to move between the venue, training spots, and tourist areas. Participants should factor in potential traffic at peak hours, stay hydrated, and allow extra time on race day to warm up, collect race materials, and navigate the venue calmly.
