By car, Warsaw is around 600 km from Jonava, usually 7 to 8 hours of driving, while Gdansk is roughly 500 km and about 6 to 7 hours away. From Vilnius or Kaunas airports, athletes can fly to major HYROX hubs across Europe, including Germany, Benelux, Scandinavia and other central venues, often in under 3 hours of flight time.
